Chief Justice ABM Khairul Haque yesterday urged the women judges of the lower courts to discharge their judicial duties without being emotional and sentimental to have the litigants' trust on the courts and judges.
He laid stress on delivering neutral judgment while addressing the 21st annual general conference of Bangladesh Woman Judges' Association at the Judicial Administration Training Institute (JATI) in the capital Dhaka.
